"Mommy, I........."

"Mommy, I (please fill in the blank)!

So, today marks a rare occurence in Mommy-hood history!

My daughter professed to me today.. that she loved me! Now, how rare does this ever happen? I mean.. at 2 years old, my daughter is basically repeatedly telling me to "GO AWAY!"

I have come to the conclusion... after giving her a Time-out for disobeying me today... that she seems to say those cute little things to get out of time-out! Wait a minute, she is smarter than I thought!

In any event, I found it to be very touching.... and I embraced it...and totally gave her some huggin' for it... afterwards, she totally did as I asked of her.. which was pretty damn simple... "wash your hands, and eat your dinner." After repeated failed attempts, she finally ate her dinner in peace without any interuptions, thank goodness!

So, I just had to share the big news with my gf....and posted this exact message on her facebook:

"You & Carissa go togetha like PB&J.... just like Kiara & I.

Together, we could totally rule the world :)

the cutest thing...... kiara says to me today...

"Mommy, I love you! "

how rare is that? half the time she is telling me to "GO AWAY!!!!" I think she loves me when i lose my patience :) cuz she knows i may just give her a time out if she keeps up with her behavior! ha ha.. dont you just love being a full time Mommy!??! miss you! "

I love this woman.... she is my inspiration for my diaper cakes hobby biz and this blog. And we tend to keep eachother sane throughout the day with our random phone calls. I truly enjoy talking to her and we love talking crap about our men.. just kidding ;) or maybe not? 0:) ... my lips are sealed.. :-x
